The KUAIQU SPPS3010-2KD is a dual output DC bench power supply designed for LED driver testing, LED power circuit development, and repeated evaluation of DC powered driver circuits. It provides two independent 0-30V, 0-10A, 300W outputs, giving users adjustable voltage and current conditions for different LED driver test setups. The Parallel Output mode combines the two channels to provide up to 0-30V, 0-20A, and 600W, while Series Output provides up to 0-60V, 0-10A, and 600W. Precision encoder adjustment, OCP and OVP protection, Output ON/OFF control, and 8-Group Memory provide practical control for repeated LED Driver Testing.
Key Features
Dual Output for LED Driver Testing
The SPPS3010-2KD provides two independent adjustable DC outputs, each supporting 0-30V, 0-10A, and up to 300W. Dual output operation allows users to establish separate power conditions for LED driver circuits or test multiple circuit sections within the same bench setup.
Parallel Output up to 20A
Parallel Output combines the two channels to provide up to 0-30V, 0-20A, and 600W. This higher current output capability is useful when testing LED driver circuits that require higher current than a single 10A channel can provide.
Independent and Series Output Modes
The DC bench power supply supports Independent, Series, and Parallel output modes. Independent mode provides two separate outputs, Series mode provides up to 0-60V and 0-10A with 600W, and Parallel mode provides up to 0-30V and 0-20A with 600W. These output configurations allow the power supply to adapt to different LED driver testing requirements.
Precision Encoder Adjustment
The precision encoder provides controlled adjustment of output voltage and current. With 10mV voltage setting resolution and 1mA current setting resolution, users can make fine adjustments when establishing operating conditions for LED driver testing and evaluating changes in the connected circuit.
OCP and OVP Protection
OCP and OVP protection are available for the Dual Channel, Series, and Parallel output modes. These protection functions help protect the power supply and connected test circuits from excessive current or voltage conditions during LED driver testing and circuit debugging.
Output ON/OFF Control
The Dual Channel, Series, and Parallel modes support Output ON/OFF control. Users can switch the output on or off while keeping the configured test conditions, making it convenient to connect, disconnect, or restart LED driver circuits during testing.
8-Group Memory Function
The SPPS3010-2KD provides 8 groups of Memory. CH1 and CH2 each have 2 memory groups, while Series and Parallel modes each have 2 memory groups. This allows frequently used voltage and current settings for different LED driver testing conditions to be stored and recalled.
Panel Lock with Buzzer
The Panel Lock Function helps prevent unintended changes to configured output settings during LED driver testing. The built-in Buzzer provides an audible indication during panel operation.
