The NICE-POWER SPPS-S305 is a compact semiconductor equipment power supply providing adjustable 0–30V voltage and 0–5A current with up to 150W output. It is designed as a flexible DC power source for semiconductor equipment, process modules, auxiliary electronics, and low-voltage semiconductor-related systems.

The programmable output design combines a four-digit voltage, current, and power display with M1–M4 memory presets, encoder adjustment, output ON/OFF control, and panel lock. Optional RS232, USB, and RS485 interfaces provide additional connectivity for compatible semiconductor equipment and automated system integration.
