Adjustable DC Power Supply for MOSFET Bench
Testing, NICE-POWER R-SPS2003, 0-200V 0-3A
600W
The NICE-POWER R-SPS2003 High Power Basic Series is a high voltage adjustable DC power supply designed for electronic engineering applications that require controlled DC input conditions. With a 0–200V adjustable voltage range, 0–3A output current, and 600W rated power, it provides a practical DC source for MOSFET bench testing, power circuit development, and prototype validation.
During MOSFET testing, engineers often need a reliable DC input source to apply different voltage conditions to test circuits. The R-SPS2003 allows users to manually adjust output voltage and current settings while monitoring voltage, current, and power values through the digital display.
The R-SPS series includes the R-SPS2003 standard version and the R-SPS2003-R programmable version. The USB, RS232, and RS485 communication interfaces are optional configurations and should be confirmed according to the selected model. These interfaces are not standard features for every unit.
The R-SPS2003 is an adjustable DC power supply for providing controlled power conditions during MOSFET-related circuit testing. It is not a dedicated MOSFET analyzer and does not perform automatic semiconductor parameter measurement, curve tracing, gate charge testing, or switching waveform analysis.
