Refund & Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories (e.g., manuals, cables).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation email or invoice is required.
Exclusions:

Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
Items with missing serial numbers or packaging.
Software or digital products once downloaded/activated.
2. Return & Exchange Process

Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will email instructions for returning the item.
Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Use a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number for reference.
Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item within 3 business days.
Refund/Exchange:
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped promptly after approval.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
Processing Time: 7-10 business days from the date of item inspection (excluding weekends/holidays).
Partial Refunds: If applicable (e.g., open-box items), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund based on product condition.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for the same product model or approved alternatives (subject to availability).
Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for defective items. For non-defective exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Report Immediately: Contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is damaged or defective. Provide photos/videos as evidence.
Resolution: We will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. International Orders
Customs Fees: Return shipping costs and customs duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed in USD to your original payment method. Currency conversion fees may apply.
